Lei Jun was born on December 16th, 1969. He is a Chinese tycoon capitalist, financier, and sponsor who co-founded Xiaomi.

At the beginning of the second quarter of 2018, Xiaomi was globally the 4th biggest smartphone company. Leading in the top two largest markets. First being China, and second India.
In February 2020, Xiaomi released its real smartphone Mi 10 5G and Mi 10T Pro 5G. While in October 2020, Xiaomi outdid Apple becoming the 3rd largest smartphone manufacturer in the world by delivery volume. Shipping 46.2 million devices in the third quarter of 2020.
Xiaomi Mi11 and Snapdragon 888:
Qualcomm held the 2020 version of the Snapdragon Conference today. The firm during the meeting revealed the Snapdragon 888, its next-generation leading mobile platform. Though it did deliver a list of OEMs that would use the chipset on their smartphones next year. Qualcomm did not specify the model we’ll be seeing with a Snapdragon 888 SoC. But, Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun has revealed through a Weibo post that the Mi 11 will be the first mobile to introduce a Snapdragon 888.
The 5nm Snapdragon 888 line ups with the 3rd generation Qualcomm Snapdragon X60 5G processor which assists international affinity. As it provides mm-Wave and sub-6 across all main bands worldwide. The processor also backs a 5G carrier combination, global multi-SIM, standalone, non-standalone, and Dynamic Spectrum Sharing.
Moreover, the SDM88 processor also comes with the new 6th-generation AI Engine. The hexagon processor brings a significant rise in AI performance. Which means, 26 tera operations per second paralleled to the last-gen. It also has the 2nd generation Qualcomm Sensing Hub. Which integrates low-power always-on AI processing for in-built intellectual features.
Apart from Xiaomi with the Mi 11, other companies such as Vivo, Black Shark, OPPO Find X series, Nubia RedMagic. As well as Realme, LG, iQOO, and OnePlus might launch mobiles with Snapdragon 888 in the first quarter of 2021.

In the meantime, apparent pictures of the Xiaomi Mi 11 had appeared on Weibo. It has a somewhat strange camera design with two big sensors and one minor camera, with an LED flash. Nonetheless, the source took down the post and people still couldn’t find any repost. Leading to the doubt that it might not be genuine.
